Our Client is a Multinational Company with presence globally in over 30 countries, across Europe, America, Africa and Asia Pacific. It has developed, manufactured, and marketed a range of agrochemical products for global distribution. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager; Techno Commercial Manager to oversee the whole Thailand market. 

Salary : USD 3500 TO USD 4500

Based in Thailand, anywhere in Thailand. Regional reporting structure. 

Job Descriptions:

• To develop and to promote the Company's range of Fertilizers, Bio-pesticides, Crop Protection & other Agrochemicals to various sectors & industries.
• Responsible for budgeting and planning resources to achieve sales, EBIT objectives by cooperating with the commercial functions of the Distributor. 
• Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target and market share in line with our client's business expansion plan.
• Develop and manage Distributors from marketing, sales, to performance management.
• Drive and ensure the strategic direction is aligned with the demand creation initiatives of the Distributor to achieve a high-performance field environment.
• Contribute to the development of company business strategy, policy and guideline for implementation at the Distributor level within the Thailand market.
• Manage and promote company values with Distributor to optimize all stakeholder benefits.
