Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and retaining established customer relationships, as well as developing new accounts for regional areas.
- Providing leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales targets & maximize profit for the business, and to be in line with agreed budgets.
- Being responsible for the development of both sales and retail strategic plans and successful implementation.
- Developing strong relationships and activity with key customers.
- Supporting business strategy and direction to achieve business targets, and to create a long-term competitive advantage.
- Being accountable for promoting products and executing sales to meet our customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Ensuring satisfactory support and cooperation is provided to customers through regular follow-ups, and identify and solving customer concerns, which includes providing and explaining technical and strategic information.
- Bachelor or Master Degree within a related field (MBA/Marketing is preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing (regional/channel management experience in the mobile phone business).
- Good command English and computer literate.
- Good interpersonal, communication, professional selling, and coaching skills.
- Own car and a valid driving license.
- Good service-mind and able to work under pressure.
