Report directly to: Marketing & Operation Director
Job purpose:
The successful candidate will report to the Marketing & Operation Director and support regional countries (India, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam) to TOSTEM, Aluminum window, door and exteriors product for;
A) Drive and Deliver a strong generation plan, aligned with Regional Brand and Communication team
B) Define the appropriate communication marketing strategy to drive the growth of Housing product
Key Result Area & Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
- Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Executive Director
- Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance, and the specific business of the Organization and use this information to help the Organization operate with initiative and innovation
Brand
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive brand management for TOSTEM brand, TOSTEM certified dealer and TOSTEM dealer by reinforcement TOSTEM brand guideline throughout the region
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of Marketing communications and public relations program that will enhance the brand image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, supporting sales activities for regional market
- Responsible for brand image and promotion of TOSTEM flagship showroom, demo room and dealer showroom in regional countries
Communication
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Executive Director
- Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization both internal and external.
- Responsible for regional countries digital platforms such as website, Facebook, Fanpage, YouTube channel, direct mail and etc.
- Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
- Act as the Organization’s representative with the media and external agencies
- Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and POS materials such as corporate VDO, brochures, product samples and sales kit and etc.
- Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities
- Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications and public relationsto regional team members
- Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events
People Management
- Unleash the full potentials of the Marketing Communication function
- Lead, coach, and develop the local teams to ensure that the team is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, efficient and effective.
- Manage cross functional relationship effectively
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, MBA or related field
- Proven experiences of strategic marketing plans, brand and marketing communication in a multinational organization, preferred building material industry experiences
- Demonstrated outstanding management skills
- Experience in Customer segmentation and behavior, marketing research and Consumer communications.
- Excellent command of English skills
- Ability to balance strategic and systematic thinking with operational implementation
- Ability to plan, prioritize and drive growth.
- A mature and energetic individual who is hands-on and has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have an appreciation of modern design/lifestyle trends
- Awareness of macro- and microeconomics situations
- Strong Leadership, coaching and strategy implementation, interpersonal communications and customer oriented in a must.
- Demonstrated Planning, business effectiveness, analysis, negotiation and influencing skills
