Our client is a leading global automotive part supplier with significant market share in key global markets. They are currently hunting for a Regional Logistics Manager (x 1 vacancy) to be an integral part of their sustainable growing business to assist and continue their success.

About the Regional Logistics Manager Role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for managing the regional logistics network and develop as well as implementing regional and organisation strategic objectives and driving continuous improvement in regional logistics operations. The salary range is THB 150k - 200k per month with allowance and provident fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the overall supply chain management for the region and provide functional guidance to Logistics Managers in the region
• Lead entire logistics activities in systems projects and/or participate in acquisitions
• Develop strategic logistics plan to support commercial improvement & growth plans
• Define, implement & monitor regional logistics expense & capital budget and support the achievement of annual objective setting
• Initiate activities to improve delivery performance, inventory turn rates & logistics costs
• Develop and manage regional inventory plans to support customer fill-rates
• Cooperate with financial department & others to monitor the logistics KPIs and budget
• Liaise with 3PLPs incl. contract negotiations, technology transfer, EH&S & quality audits
• Drive and provide lead for continuous improvement projects and standardisation processes across the regional logistics network
• Plan, coordinate and implement concepts for inbound, intra- and outbound logistics for Chassis Systems plants in green- and brownfield environment

To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of logistics management in automotive industry from 1st tier manufacturing.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• Proven leadership qualities as well as a vast experience in logistics management
• Sound JIS / JIT understanding and practical experience within automotive industry
• Hands-on mindset, analytical skills and problem solving
• Good command of English with excellent interpersonal skills
