• Male or female
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business administration or related
• Good command in speaking skill
• Able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, have the ability to work in a manufacturing environment

• Response all recruitment process such as screen resume, first interview candidates, coordinate both candidates and line management, provide and monitor the test for selection candidates
• Provide recruitment channel for attract potential candidates.
• Summarize and report to superior every month
• Handle the others assignment as assigned by superior
