Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To review and propose effective recruitment strategy and implementations to attract candidates and talents.
3. To provide timely recruitment status reports for monitoring of performance and yearly recruitment cost reports including historical cost sorted by channels and vendors for cost & effectiveness analysis.

- EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree
- MAJOR HRM, Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology or related fields.
- EXPERIENCE 5-7 and above yrs. in Recruitment & employee relations.
- LANGUAGE Fair command of English
- OTHER Computer literacy, good personality and serviced minded.
