Job description
- Responsible for recruiting process. Posting job, Pre-Screening, make appointment for interview, interview process, preparing the contract for new hire until probation period.
- Support Recruitment activities, coordinate with related department and attend recruitment activities i.e. campus recruitment, job fairs, walk-in interview etc.
- Handle filing profiles of candidates.
- Leading new comer orientation.
- Monitor probation period process.
- Update and prepare recruitment and manpower report.
- Any assignment from Manager.
Education & Experience
- Age 25 years and over, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Sciences, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
- At least 2 year experiences in Recruitment or HR functions.
- Have experience and knowledge in retail business will be advantage.
- Have responsibilities, good communication skills and service mind.
- Good written and spoken in English.
- Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.)
