- Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
- Extend your ambassador's role to promote a friendly and welcoming environment within the building
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
- Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office
- Assist in the housekeeping of the reception foyer,Lift lobby,meeting room and adjacent areas
- Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
- Age not over 28 years old
- Bachelor degree in Art-English, Humanities, or related fields
- Welcome new graduates or 1 years' experience
in Juristic person, Customer Service, Hotel, Airline least, Guest Service will be advantage
- Good personality and service –minded oriented
- Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Good command in English
