Work Location:  Bangna-Trad km.22

Responsibilities

• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Greeting, welcoming visitors at the front desk and announcing them appropriately
• Arranging travel, accommodation and preparing rental car to foreign visitors
• Handle general affairs and office management
• Assist with preparing reimbursement, voucher and other claim such as utilities expense 
• Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or in any related fields
• 0-2 years’ experience related administrative management 
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command in English; TOEIC 550 scores up is required
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office
