Job Description

• Perform reception duties which include preparation of data for patient visits, assist in the smooth running of the clinic reception area.
• Handling inquiry by phone and Email, make clients appointment, send confirmation and questionnaire. (Arrange a transportation and book an accommodation upon request)
• Responding in registration, preparing clients form
• Generating invoices and handling payment including Credit-note
• Coordinating with Lab for sending sample.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as required. 

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality, age between 20-30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in art-English, Humanities, or any related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Able to prioritize and execute task in a high-pressured environment
• Good command in English and other languages would be advantage
• Good personality and service –minded
• Honest and Positive attitude
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook)
• Ability to work Immediately at Klong Neung, Pathumthani
