Job Summary

The Reginal Distribution Center: RDC, RDC Operation Manager is accountable for leading quality, delivery, cost, safety, member development, and continuous improvement efforts for the location. Success in this position is defined through:

- Development trust relationships with a portfolio of all clients to ensure they can believe RDC performance.
- RDC Planning
- Cost Management
- RDC Management
- RDC Expansion
- Diversify Pick-up & Delivery Resources

Requirement:

- First degree of Bachelor or Master in Logistics Management, Business Management, and Business information Technology.
- Prior experience 3-5 years in Logistic Management or e-Commerce.
- Strong accounting management and relationship building skills.
- Excellent supervisory, evaluation, and reassessment experience.
- Exception skills in resolving financial statistics with little supervision.
- Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted setting.
