Manager : QA Manager

Subordinate : QMS officer

Responsibilities :

• Manage the quality system and quality documents (included Medical Device File) in compliance with the requirement of ISO 13485 standards and various applicable regulatory requirements, quality manual, quality policy and external requirement.
• Organizing and Controlling of quality system document and quality record.
• Organizing the quality management system audit, internal audit, external audit and special audits to achieve as plan and follow up the effectiveness of corrective action and preventive action.
• Organizing for CAPA meeting to follow up pending NCR or observation.
• Preparing analysis data to QMR (management review meeting, continual improvement).
• Organizing supplier audit.
• Preparing monthly the quality KPI’s report.

Specification :

• Bachelor degree of science or related field.
• Good command of English.
• Computer Skills in MS.Office.
• Understand ISO standard and quality system if ISO 13485 will be advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, CE mark and medical device regulation will be advantage.
• Knowledge of supplier audit and follow up.
• Knowledge of document control system, quality assurance process and quality control.
• Minimum 5 years in QC/QA experience.
