Responsibilities:
- Handle all related customer, internal and supplier quality issues including leading the related ECN.
- Clarify the symptom and problem with the related departments and/ or regional office.
- Work with any related departments and/ or regional officer on investigation/ verification of quality issues of supplier and in process.
- Control the non-conforming parts/ products on the responsible area including scrap.
- Analyze/ review the root cause, corrective action and preventive actions of quality issues.
- Take care and control the incoming, in-process and final inspection to ensure the inspection method and result is correct per specification and finished in/on time.
- Ensure various quality/process control/improvement tools are well established, consistency used in production areas, and provide training program for EM-BKK team to be able to use the tools effectively; SPC, 8D, FMEA, PC.
- Ensure the readiness of responsibility quality operation for new projects such as the required measuring devices, work instruction, measuring method, inspection check sheet etc.
- Plan the training need for the inspection team.
- Coach, train and transfer expertise and knowledge to team execute their task/ assignments successfully.
- Monitor the performance indices and initiate the action to be taken is there any deviation.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Bachelor degree in engineering field.
- At least 2 years’ experiences in the quality engineering functions.
- Experiences in Electronic components manufacturing operation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Leadership and have good communication skill in both Thai and English.
- Good at analytical skill, Team player responsible reliable.
