Provide Quality technical associates to training new employees, arrange conduct theoretical and practical trainings with
technical coordination.

Clarification of open topics with customer’s series plant during project phase and in series.

Analyzing of malfunctions and quality issues compared to customer’s requirement's; generating of action plans together with internal and customer operating department.

Coordinate trainers (internal/external).

Cooperate in people developing (e.g. from Operator to Jumper, Leader, Staff and etc.) by providing relevant training in cooperation with Supervisor and HR.

Cooperate in developing qualification matrices together with Supervisor and HR.

Handle new project, Prepare Quality document and support process release.

Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.

Driving the continuous improvement ideas, DPV and processimprovement with team.

Participate in regular meetings with customers.

Obtain all relevant instructios from customer.

Coordinate the creation of docmentation, taking into account customer specific guideliness.

Monitor and keep the order and cleanliness of the reponds area (6S)*.
