As Dextra Construction Group QA Engineer, your mission is to harmonize group quality assurance systems across Dextra Manufacturing affiliates and to control the proper application of those systems.

Responsibilities:

PLAN the quality system:

• Advise Dextra Construction Group Quality System Manager on the Quality and environmental Policy and objectives
• Develop risks assessments across Dextra Construction Group (Environmental, safety, nuclear)

DO what has been planned

• Develop the safety, quality, and environmental awareness
• Animate functional groups to write common processes.
• Develop the technical specifications with relevant cross-functional teams
• Promote/enforce the quality management system across the organization

CHECK the efficiency of what has been done

• Audit the quality system to evaluate the level of compliance and propose improvements
• Monitor the efficiency of our processes with Key Performance Indicators
• Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys and integrate key recommendations across the group
• Report monthly and yearly the key quality information to top management

ACT to prevent, correct and improve the efficiency­

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Identify best practices and mutualize their implementation across the group 
• Propose, initiate, and implement improvement actions
• Harmonize finished product characteristics whatever the provenance
• Coordinate and ensure the resolution of potential customer complaints

To fill the role responsibilities, frequent travels are expected across Dextra Construction affiliates.

The incumbent will be given progressive responsibilities and training on nuclear safety and environmental system. Your appetite for learning will be instrumental to reach DEXTRA long term quality objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science (e.g. mechanical engineering or industrial engineering)
• Having studied abroad is a strong asset for the role.
• Present a mandatory professional experience in the field of Quality Assurance.
• As Expert subject matter, you must present an excellent ability to animate and federate functional groups around quality topics.
• Background in civil engineering would be an advantage but not mandatory.
• Any engineering background are welcome. Your ability to learn and your attitude are the main selection criteria.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken (TOEIC score at least 845)
