QC Manager

Business Type : Automotive parts supply to Car Maker for domestic and export to overseas.

Working Day : Mon - Fri (5 Sat/year)  08.00 - 17.10 

Working Place : Amata City (Chonburi) 

Salary : 80 K

Job Description :

• - Implement and maintain QC system to ensure effective quality control
• - Coordinate with customer on all quality matters
• - Responsible for documentation control of the quality management system
• - Manage to in-coming in-process final quality inspection and customer claim
• - Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• - Coordinate with the team for corrective action solution of internal KPI and external customer issues.
• - Work with the team on problem solving initiative and link action and outcome to control plan and FMEA plant inspection points and customer returns.

Qualification

- Male / Female

- Age 40 - 45 years old

- Bachelor degree or higher in industrial Engineer/ Mechanical / Other related field

- More than 10 Year experience in QA/QC

- Good Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

- Good Knowledge with APQP FMEA MSA PPAP

- Good communication skill able to contact customer with QA issure

- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

- Understanding English, able to reply English mail
