รายละเอียดงาน

• ควบคุมดูแลการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานในแผนกจัดซื้อ
• เจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขาย
• ติดตามการจัดซื้อแต่ละรายการ
• กำหนดวิธีและกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง และควบคุมดูแลการจัดซื้อของพนักงานในแผนก
• ดำเนินการจัดทำประวัติขาย คัดเลือกผู้ขาย
• จัดทำข้อมูลในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ถูกต้อง ตรวจสอบรายงานของแผนกจัดซื้อ
• แก้ปัญหางานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อ
• ดูแลและทบทวนเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพต่างๆของแผนกให้สอดคล้องกับระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท
• ดูแลและควบคุมให้พนักงานปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
• เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัท และปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

 คุณสมบัติ

•  เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 27 ปี ขึ้นไป
•  ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
•  เคยดำรงตำแหน่งระดับผู้จัดการด้านการจัดซื้อไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
•  สามารถใช้ Computer โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
•  สามารถ พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบและความซื่อสัตย์ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีวินัยในการทำงาน
•  ประจำที่โรงงานคาลบี้ธนาวัธน์ จำกัด ที่ บางปู จ.สมุทรปราการ
