As a Project Manager or Business Analyst, you will add your expertise and problem-solving skills to projects in the Thai life, non-life insurance and banking sector: You will help our clients to improve their operating models and processes, to select the best possible solutions for their digital transformation as well as to execute such projects in a timely and successful manner.

We look for candidates with strong understanding of key business processes and IT landscape in the insurance and banking sector as well as excellent PM and BA skills - preferably with experience in AGILE project delivery.

As we carry out all projects at the clients’ premises, you will play a key role in building lasting client relationships through high quality delivery.

Responsibilities: 

• As a Project Manager, manage the planning and execution of projects in time and scope; drive the success of work streams, manage risks and dependencies, track milestones, direct activities, ensure high quality deliverables and timely submission
• As a Business Analyst, analyze and collect business requirements, translate them into technical requirements and solid functional specs, plan and execute testing, conduct user training 
• Align project goals and client expectations via close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking, conduct research, data collection and analysis on client issues through interviews and workshops; translate such requirements into well-formulated solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks

Requirements: 

• Degree majoring in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or other related field
• 4 years of experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst in the insurance, banking and/or consulting industry and with good level of understanding of core business processes
• Professional Certification in Project Management (PIM PMP), Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP) and/or Process Improvement (LSS LEAN SIGMA) as well as experience in AGILE project management delivery and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be a strong plus 

• Excellent spoken and written English & Thai; Thai citizenship
• 
Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
