Job description

• Provide project management documents such as project plan, project meeting documents, initiation meeting, project progress report, meeting minutes, signing handover and more.
  
• Coordinate with client and member to accomplish.
  
• Mentor to project members including technical advisors and support to deliver quality projects on time.
  
• Manage the billing process for clients according to the specified project period.
  
• Build customer relationships, engagement for a high level of customer satisfaction, rapid deployment, and adequate training.
  
• Maintain working knowledge of software applications including all modifications.
  
• Update on new products, business trends and customer demand.
  
• Become a consultant and train the consultant for product knowledge and operation methods in various fields.
  
• Advance support for ERP product presentation and demonstration

General qualification   

• Male or Female age 35-40 years old
• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in project management
• Possesses strong knowledge of business process and industry practice in leading domains such as Utilities, Manufacturing, transportation, Retails, Services
• Experience background in ERP

• Good command in speaking and writing in English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated and highly responsible
• Ability to work under pressure
• A team player and leadership skill
