The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall project implementation of a new system that will be used by both our company and the client to handle all financial purposes.

Description

• Manage and take full ownership of the project from start to finish, while ensuring that all objectives are achievable

• Allocate both internal and external resources to complete project tasks within the set timelines

• Properly manage and control the quality, timeliness and cost of the project are kept within budget

• Regularly provide report of the project's status and issues to the stakeholders, and reach out for guidance where necessary

• Ensure that policies and measures are set up in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019)

• Initiate standardised checklists and templates to simplify and expedite the processing of new and existing clients - from setup, to data collection & migration, work flow processes, and reports required.

• Configure client entities and accounts to analyse the needs in creating reporting templates and migration of data onto MS Dynamics

• Provide training and support on MS Dynamics' key functionalities

• Offer solutions when business users are facing problems and issues

Profile

• A degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification is required

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience implementing MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Understanding of accounting and tax functions is a plus

• Ability to identify & correctly address clients' needs and tackle pain points

• Able to work independently as well as team player

• Efficient & effective execution in work delivery

• Has a strong sense of urgency and is able to handle work under pressure

• Organized and methodical with good interpersonal/social skills

• Strong communication skills, in both Thai and English - written and verbal
