Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for managing project onsite.
- Arranging the daily meeting with the client, consultant and all related parties, schedule plan and remaining work and prepare related reports.
- Coordinating with Designers, Interior Designers, Client, Consult M/E contractor and all related parties.
- Contacting supplier or sales marketing for required materials or equipment.
- Organizing and reviewing building plans as well as preparing construction contracts for general contractors.
- Being responsible that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards and determining and scheduling different stages of the building process according to client needs.
- Monitoring the progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or any related fields.
- 5-10 years’ experience in construction project and at least 5 years of project management experience.
- Has construction background preferably with High-rise, Low-rise, and Villa luxury projects.
- Has proven track record of successful project execution.
