Job Purpose:
Oversee and manage the execution of all marketing and purchasing activities to drive the implementation of new plan initiatives, profitability strategy, brand management and contract negotiation to maximize the company profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- work with contractor ,designer and landlord on project development.
- Review and update existing project and procedures.
- Provide cost analysis and advise on cost control.
- Develop , monitor and coordinate project plans with project leaders /contractors.
- Work with business development manager for new project ,construction and maintenance.
Job Specification:
- At least Bachelor degree in civil Engineering related fields
- Coordinate activiries, resources equipment and imformation
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirement ,scope and objectives
- Make certain that clients need are met as the project evolves
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contrct and communicate project ststus adequately to all keen in MS Project or other project management program
- Good English communication skills .both in writing and in speaking
- Experience in retail industry (Food & Restaurant business as a plus)
