• Gathered and analyze business requirement, initiates and define project scope, goals and deliverable to support business goals.
• Plan, execute and implement projects according to stipulated deadlines and within quality, Budget and Timeline.
• Supervises project members, collaborates and work with stakeholders to prioritize work, analyze projects to contain scope and costs and budget.
• Collaborates with external service and support provides, software vendor, regulators and internal IT technical resources.
• Manage vendor agreement and ensure strict compliance to SLA.
• Identify dependencies and potential risks across the project, take measures to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirements documentation, and presentation.
• Design and scheduling project timeline and milestones using appropriates tools.
• Ensure the project implementation rollout and UATs effectively.

 Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or IT related fields.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in software project management.
• Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
• Good understanding in software architecture, high level workflow, and programming.
• Good communication and excellent skills in English both written and verbal.
• Good people management, communication and presentation skills.
• Good leadership, interpersonal skill, strong problem solving and analytical skill.
• Ability to lead complex projects including planning, staffing, monitoring, change management, QA, escalation management, and ongoing support.
• Ability to lead the team, proactive, well organized, willing to learn new things and focus on objective.
• A track record of a mobile application project, online web e-commerce and digital platform project development.
• Have experience in hire purchase, leasing or banking business is a plus.
