-  บริหารโครงการงานติดตั้งที่ได้รับ work order ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ

-  ควบคุมงบประมาณของแต่ละโครงการให้ต่ำที่สุด

-  กำหนดแผนงานติดตั้งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา

-  รายงานยอดส่งงานตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ชี้แจงเป้าหมายยอดปัจจุบันและยอดคงค้างต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา

-  ดูแลความพร้อมของทีมงานผู้ใต้บังคับบบัญชา

-  อบรมพนักงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ไปในทิศทางของนโยบายบริษัทฯ

-  ทุกโครงการจะต้องถูกวางแผน มีคนรับผิดชอบชัดเจน รวมถึงงบประมาณของโครงการ

-  ทำแผน MD/MH ของแต่ละProject ก่อนเริ่มโครงการและสรุปผลให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ

-  ทำยอดส่งงานเทียบเป้าหมายพร้อมชี้แจงเหตุผล ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชาทุกๆเดือน

-  ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนระบบ ISO 9001:2008 ของบริษัทฯ

-  ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QC เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบการติดตั้งก่อนส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้าทุกโครงการ
