Project Executive (Construction)/พนักงานประสานงาน (ก่อสร้าง)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate with outsourced contractors to reach profitable agreements
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and material)
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractor and other staff
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Requirements:

• Experience in construction field
• In-dept understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Knowledgeable about health and safety standard
• Familiar with construction / project management software

ลักษณะงาน

• ประสานงานกับวิศวกรและสถาปนิก สำหรับลักษณะงานในแต่ละโปรเจค
• จัดหา เจรจาต่อรองกับผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง
• จัดหา ตรวจเช็ค กำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และวัสดุก่อสร้าง
• วางแผนระยะเวลาการทำงานก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น เพื่อประเมิณวันกำหนดส่งงาน
• ให้คำปรึกษาแก่พนักงานตามความเหมาะสม
• ประเมิณและรายงานความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้าง
• ดูแลความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และรายงานหากพบสิ่งที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน

คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการก่อสร้าง
• มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการก่อสร้าง และอุปกรณ์ที่ไม่ได้ใช้
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวของ
