Our client is one of the global (Western) leading manufacturers in FMCG and Healthcare products. They are looking for a Senior Engineer

 Job REsponsibilities

• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of on electrical control and instrument system at project site, also some mechanical related works as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. Ensuring method statements are followed;
• Ensuring housekeeping is undertaken frequently enough to maintain a safe and neat work place at all times;
• Checking and approving materials submission; Ensuring installations are compliant with approved specification, current shop drawings and current space management drawings, Implementing installation quality control in accordance with specifications; Arranging mock-up locations and details. Assisting the System Engineer during inspections and obtaining official agreement on the solution and aesthetic impact from all interested parties; Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards, according to all applicable quality.
• Interprets construction or machine drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Resolving site co-ordination problems with contractors and agreeing solutions. Providing proactive feedback to engineering where proposed site determined decisions could affect the design intent.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Directly responsible for the safety of group’s personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Carrying out all Construction and installation activities, perform testing as witnessing and accepting site testing undertaken by contractors;, in order to ensuring equipment has been pre-tested and that systems are complete (including sub-systems) in accordance with need dates.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality only
• Male/ Female
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years site construction M&E design and installation experience or in manufacturing electrical, control, utility experience.  
• Have the ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions to technical problems.
• Design, Estimation, installation and all site activities related to all Electrical and Control works for construction site and/or manufacturing plant.
• Familiar with the Electrical and Control Engineering (major) Mechanical Engineering (minor) methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related.
• Well versed in interpreting and executing, Electronic (major) Mechanical (minor) related drawings.
• HVAC knowledge is benefit.
• Have experience of managing projects and are familiar with using project plans, issue and risk management and change control.
• Good command in English.
