Job Description
Working Location: Chonburi
Job Descriptions:
- Manage, monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of engineering activities within an organization including sampling and product review
- Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives
- Manage the daily operations of engineering team and deliver the KPI of company for engineering and technical functions
- To lead the team member to drive the team structure and solve the problems in consistent way
- Provide regular updates to customers in accordance with established project schedule
- New model ,New project comparison
- Manage Process improvement BOM system check and compare sample material and spec, ISO support.
- Manage documentation control (WI&SOP, Plan project)
- Typically reports to top management
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree of Engineering Electronics Age: 25-30 Years

Minimum experience 3-5 years with electronic factory.

Solid experience in the manufacturing field with exposure in areas of production, manufacturing methods and procedures, process improvement.

Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing capabilities

Strong knowledge of practices and procedures to effectively resolve workflow issues

Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions

Demonstrate experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring teams and individuals; understand group dynamics and team development
-
Result and quality focused; great attention to detail

Effectively communicate, both verbally and written to all levels of the organization

Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential

Fluency in both spoken and written English (Chinese is a plus)

ERP application experience is preferable
