Position:            Production Supervisor(Strong in Electronic Assembly)

Salary:               Up to 40K 

Working Time:  Monday - Saturday *Some Saturday (Maximum 2 Saturdays/month)

Responsibilities:

• Report to Production Manager, Deputy General ManagerImplement and control the production schedule in an organization
• Plan and manage production budget
• Manage subordinates and material resource to meet the production targets
• Monitor product quality standards
• Monitor quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objective
• Review the performance of staff and organize necessary improvement
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare production report.
• Ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and on standards.
• Ensure efficient collaboration between relevant departments including Quality, Engineer, supporting division and management.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualification

• Thai, Male/Female only, age 34-40 yearsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering,Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in Supervisor level in Electronic Assembly production
• Experience managing subordinates
• Knowledge about IATF16949,  KAIZEN, JIT and QCC improvement
• Good command of English *Equivalent TOEIC 550
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Able to communicate in Japanese (option)
