Responsibilities:

• Responsible to aim on target, KPIs or company policy, Rule and regulations
• Responsible for the efficiency of quantity, quality, delivery and cost as on section
• Supervise team such as leader, operator or under level to get to target, KPI or company policy, Rules
• Developing and coaching the under level on their duties and the criteria for quality
• Responsible on watch products (polishing process)
• To responsible for the safety and cleanliness in the workplace
• Responsibility that all quality documents are filled out correctly and completely
• Review the quality of customer or internal return and complaint
• Solve and report the quality problems NCR or CPR
• Representative or report to top management when direct superior out of working day
• Control and maintain 5S to be sustained
• Other support on require or assignment

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality, Male, Age 30years old up
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or any related
• Experience in Production 5-7  years in Supervisor level
• Leadership skill and good communication in difference level
• Good Problem solving, Analytical thinking and Team management
