Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all daily manufacturing activities inclusive of meeting daily delivery schedules, ensuring acceptable quality, and ensures the production floor is clean and safe for all staff members.

• Analyze problems of CNC Bar Lathe.
• Read the drawing/pattern of the product that must be produced.
• Choose the suitable tacking in the production line and match it with the requirement
• Analyze the 4 M quality problems that will occur
• Support and training the subordinate
• Production output, QTY, and Quality Meet target in time.
• Data of production, Data Accuracy.
• MRB and scrap monitor, Inventory controlled
• 5S, Production floor is clean and safe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science, engineering management, business administration preferred or relevant field.
• At least 5 years or more of CNC engineering experience, ideally in a management role.
• Leadership skills are necessary to manage and develop a team.
• Command in English communication in both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
