Production Supervisor manages the manufacturing shift operations to achieve customers requirement and ensure production as schedule and comply with quality specification, safety and environmentally at the highest efficiency. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage shift production team to achieve EHS compliance, FPC, output, yield, OEE, delivery and schedule target all processes. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• To coach and advise all subordinated to work efficiently and to be able to achieve company goals.
• Control the use of production resources and budget within target.
• Coordinate with other departments to support shift activities smoothly.
• Investigate and set up corrective and preventive action to solve process trouble and quality issue. Contact Production Manager or functional Manager if needed.
• Act as Fire Fighting and Evacuation Leader in case of emergency case after main office time.
• Lead team about company system with maintain company standard such as ISO, GMP, HACCP and etc.
• Report production performance, risk and other relevant issues to Production Manager.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Chemical Engineering or related field in production with minimum 3 or more years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing 3 years, starch, sweetener or food plant will be advantage.
• Diploma and used to work as a shift leader or foreman at least 5 years in production and want to take more responsibility.
• Strong leadership skill, hands on and flexible to work in shift working time.
• Be able to communicate in English is advantage.
