Production Supervisor Position
(Shift Supervisor - Vacancy 2 Positions)
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads the production in a safe working environment (Kellogg employee and crew contractor) to manufacture assigned product consistent with scheduled requirements, quality specifications to assure maximum output of quality product at lowest possible cost.
- Develop and maintain an effective production team to assure maximum utilization and development of subordinate staff.
- Supervises production and activities, monitors actual performance and take corrective action to assure fiscal control. Establishes control system and procedure for continuous improvement.
- Make sure that all production parameters SOP, Food safety, HACCP, GMP principles are effectively followed by production crews to reduce B,C defects to agree level.
- Co-Ordinates with plant engineering for preventative maintenance of production equipment and facilities within established standard to minimize down time and increase productivity.
- Implement and maintains focused team environment with all employees to enable them toward self-discipline.
- The incumbent must spend 90% of his time leading the functions in the production in which he is supervising to achieve all agreed production goals but must also spend at least 10% of this time to lead all related safety activities.
Qualifications:
- Able to work in shift and re-locate to Pluakdeang, Rayong
- Strong communicate both in English and Thai.
- A University degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other engineering related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years at related work experience to effectively perform the duties of the incumbent.
- Extensive knowledge of all production in the plant and a general knowledge of all the supporting department function.
- Technically oriented in the areas of production equipment concepts and food technology, strong leadership within the team is particularly critical required.
QA Supervisor (Quality Food Safety) Position (Vacancy 1 Position)
Main Responsibilities:

To provide all activities requiring from government and statutory organization approvals for GC/SEA
- Manage & Control changes/additions to product formulations, BOM, GPRS codes for GC/SEA
- Control all crises for all products in GC/SEA
- Response and take action to consumer complaints from GC/SEA customer, Distributors, Sales, Marketing
- Leads and directs the process for GMP, HACCP, GFSI system, and Food Safety accreditation, then lead to maintain the standard.
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs provide guidance/training, QA awareness for all staffs, operators.
- To leads applications of PES across the manufacturing systems.
- Ensure all testing needed for premium meet Kellogg requirement and regulation
- Manage & Develop QA documentation, reports.
- Manage raw materials and packaging materials specifications to ensure conformance to specified requirements.
- Ensure spending within QA budget.
Qualification:

Bachelor degree or higher in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG/Pets Food or any related industries.
- Knowledge in Government Registration Process/Document in food industry.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- English communication skill.
- 5 day - work week and office hour 8:00-17:00 hr.
