Production Manager
Jobs Scope
- Control production processes and costs to meet the company’s targets
- Plan manpower, materials, machine availability, utilities to schedule production
- Improve production process to reduce production cost, wastage and reduce product out of stock
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resources requirements
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- All OEM production such as Glico
- Maintaining all standard system as require
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor ‘s Degree in Food Science
- 38-42 year up of age
- Minimum 8 years experience in food manufacturing especially in dairy product, ready to eat
- Good knowledge in GMP / HACCP / ISO 9000 or ISO 22000
- Good English communicated
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office , Word excel , Powder Point
- Knowledge in milk or ice cream processing
- Can do attitude
- Good management skill
