Production Equipment Management Manager 1 positions;
Job Description
1.Establish various rules and regulations and work processes and ensure that team members are in place
2.Improve team equipment maintenance capabilities, and establish a scientific equipment maintenance execution system and talent training system
3.Ensure the normal operation of the project equipment, reduce the time and frequency of troubleshooting, and improve the equipment yield and utilization rate
4.Reasonable work arrangements for the team, progress control
5.Responsible for the daily management of the team
6..cooperate with custerm to solve production problems.
7.lead PEM department KPI.
8.other work from boss.
Qualification:
1. Professional knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.2. Familiar with mechanical principles, understand the principles of strong electricity, weak electricity and PLC.
3. Master office software.
4. English ability requires excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
5. Excellent team management ability. Understand team echelon construction and personnel training.
6. Excellent coordination and communication skills, able to coordinate and handle the work of the company and customers.
7. Be familiar with electrification fixtures
8.College or above
9.major in mechanical or electrical engineering
10.More than 3 years of EQ maintenance management experience

Job Description;

2.Have more than 1 year of management experience in equipment maintenance team, and have the ability to establish and improve equipment maintenance system
3. Be familiar with electrification fixtures
4.College or above
5.major in mechanical or electrical engineering
6.More than 2 years of management experience

Job Description;
1. Installation and debugging of NPI equipment
2. Responsible for the maintenance of production equipment, and regularly check and calibrate equipment to reduce equipment failure rate.
3.Analyze and improve the root cause of equipment failure to prevent the failure from recurring
4.On-site equipment maintenance, quickly handle failures, and restore equipment operation
5.Statistically analyze equipment failures and formulate preventive measures
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
Qualification;
1. Experience in equipment maintenance management is preferred
2. Have the desire and ability to solve and debug problems
3. Have good adaptability, can cooperate with the company to work alternately at night
4. Good communication skills in Chinese or English and Thai
5. Ability to understand data analysis( Familiar CPK/GRR)
6. Be familiar with Office software(PPT, Excel)
7.Learning fast and the sense of teamwork
