Qualifications:
- Male, ages 25-35 years
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or related fields
- At least 2-5 years of experience Production
- Background from Electronic or machinery would be an advantage
- Good team player, work hard under pressure and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English and computer literacy
Job Descriptions:
- Improve line balance at production line
- Analysis operation efficiency trend and improvement to achieve the target of section
- Control production line for support plan & support capacity demand of customer
- Control production line for support KPI of section (Quality, Operation efficiency and Non working loss)
- Operator skill/ Knowledge development, Improvement activities and balance efficiency
