Job Purpose/Role:

Our company is currently in the process of revolutionizing an internal IT industry to optimize and improve our customer journey throughout our system of which it supports from the Point of Sales to the gigantic ERP system.

         The Product Owner play an important role in agile team. The product owner develops the product’s technical and conceptual layout. You come up with the idea of what to build, then communicate the blueprint to the product development teams. You will work closely with our addicted programming developers or maybe have deep talk to our creative designer team. Our QA is always with you when it nears to the Sprint Closure. However, we will not change you, but we are together to solve interesting real-world business problems which will provide users around the world with high quality interfaces to access our made-with-love services.

What you deliver?

• Deeply understand customer's need or pain point and validate the exact requirement.
• Research competitive offerings across the region and deliver a best-in-class experience to your customers.
• Analyze documents business processes, metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Develop user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria in JIRA including user interaction with UI/UX designer.
• Ability to transform business functions and requirements into designed and development team.
• Partner closely with the engineering, architecture and quality engineering teams during the technical design and development phases to ensure product features requirements are met.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience 5 years in background of business analyst, product owner or related fields.
  Familiar with Enterprise Business.
• Super logical thinking with platform creation, development process, product design and backlog prioritization.
• Strongly communication skill for what's matter, why and why not to team members and stakeholders.
• Get Thing Done is your DNA. You have growth mind set and learn new things extremely quickly.
  
• Understanding of ERP, Retail, CRM, Supply Chain, is a big plus.
• Good command in English both written and spoken.
