Department: Advertising Business
Team: Account Advertising

This position will work side-by-side with product marketing, product management, engineering, and global ads team to collaborate on LINE Official Account and related product tools & technologies to facilitate the communication across internal groups, sales team, and the market overall. 

In this role, you will identify key value areas of technologies and solutions of account advertising product specifically focusing on, but not limited to, LINE Official Account and related account ads products (e.g., MyCustomer, MyRestaurant, Mission Sticker etc.), to build customer value-oriented messaging and work as a trusted advisor for Corporate Business and SME teams.


  • Constantly create compelling contents, product information, case studies, and other materials to define and promote account advertising products’ point of view and evangelize it internally and externally through various channels (e.g., presentations, LINE for Business website, LINE Study Room, blogs, social media, etc.)
  • Design and develop workshops, training, events, webinar, users guides, and FAQ to promote best practices for account advertising products
  • Support customer-facing teams to understand their challenges & business needs and to guide them and ensure that the best solutions are offered for customers’ success
  • Conduct product and user performance analyses, as well as identify meaningful data trends and insights from existing data sources
  • Support and participate in marketing events and assigned special projects related to responsible products
  • Collaborate with product team and related stakeholders to ensure the voice of the customer is always considered in product/feature development

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in computer science, business, marketing, advertising or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with solid understanding of digital marketing, advertising, technology, and digital platforms
  • Direct experience managing digital platforms, including LINE, Facebook, Google, enterprise software (e.g., Salesforce, CDP), or any related solutions
  • Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs & challenges, design solutions and effectively communicate to the customers and markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially on data visualization with pivot table, graphs), PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Highly motivated and full of initiative, with genuine curiosity with how things work
  • Ability to respond and work under tight timelines with flexible working hours (i.e., urgent support may be required after hours)
  • Self-starter who can stay on top of workload and be able to prioritize
  • Passion about technology and/or LINE services especially LINE Official Account and products related to LINE API
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, delivery skills, as well as detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English
  • Strong and proven communication, public speaking, and presentation creation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a digital or technology evangelist
