Managing the Company's Product Development and product portfolio, new product trend and competitors’ movement, enhancing the existing products and developing the new product initiatives. Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth project completion and product launches.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the PDC (Product Development Committee) process and coordinate with all stakeholders
• Manage market competitiveness and Company's products through competitors analysis/interviews, customer and distribution feedback
• Defining new products for specific segments which will differentiate the Company from the competition, incorporating all elements of the customer offer
• Coordinate to acquire contract and premium certificate for new product filing and to obtain approval on product modification and enhancement
• Review current products, design new products and obtain approval before filing with OIC
• Redesign & modify group package products and enhance existing benefits to be more attractive, marketable, and competitive
• Coordinate with all related functions to establish work procedure and practice to ensure smooth implementation before product launching
• Monitor & evaluate the feedback and the consequences of each new product after launching
• Handle ad-hoc projects related to product development as assigned by management

• At least 7 years working experience, with 5 years in Marketing, Financial services, with insurance product knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with Marketing or Finance
• Product management and/or project management track record considered favorably
• Clear track record in marketing outcomes
• Professional marketing intelligence qualifications preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and internal personal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office Applications
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, ability to work under pressure, can do attitude, creative and energetic
• Passionate about people, customer and results
