The TrueMoney UX Design team is divided into multiple teams, each of which focuses on specific areas of the business. We are looking for a designer to join the regional team. As part of the regional design team, you will lead and contribute to product design initiatives for TrueMoney in Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Vietnam. We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about creating delightful, and effective user experiences that help users accomplish their goals quickly.

The ideal candidate:

• Is a passionate, yet pragmatic designer understands and finds a balance between user needs/behaviors, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Can create world-class user experiences within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Is comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders in multiple countries to create complex, customer-focused solutions.
• Can effectively pivot or adapt their design work and way of working depending on the context, time, and effort that each project may require.
• Loves learning, and practices a full range of UX skills including journey mapping, interaction design, and copywriting. 

• Partner with product, business, and other designers to research, design, and prototype user experiences.
• Collaborate on the execution of user research to understand users’ behaviors, validate design solutions, and identify product gaps.
• Play an active part in enhancing the UX Design team culture by participating in internal initiatives, projects, and contributing to the team’s objectives.

• 3+ years of digital product design experience, with an emphasis on mobile UX design
• Portfolio available demonstrating a history of delivering quality products, your roles and responsibilities, and the design processes used
• An understanding of user-centric principles, human-computer interaction, psychology,  and usability
• A talent for articulating ideas and presenting your work
• Fluency with industry-standard design execution tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Very comfortable with speaking up, asking questions, and receiving feedback
• An understanding of research methods and tools
• Understands design thinking and is able to apply it with the right methodology
• Experience or willingness to mentor and upskill other designers
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
