Product Content QC

Central JD Commerce Limited.


  • Ensure product listings are met KPI / policy
  • Develop and implement product listing guide line
  • Improve search by research /project /develop tools


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product listings are met Listing Policy and maintain team KPI
  • Develop and implement product listing guide line and communicate with other departments to improve product listing quality
  • Develop documentation of SOPs and maintains in knowledge management tools
  • Conduct research and provide in-depth analysis to improve product search accuracy and increase customer satisfaction
  • Work closely IT team to develop QC tools to support the operation
  • Works on Project-Based to support with company’s policies, law and regulation on product listing as assigned

Key skills required:

  • Highly self-motivated, well organized, able to develop alternative solutions to issues
  • Able to work independently and lead project
  • Proficient with listening, interpreting and summarizing information
  • Clear and concise verbal communication
  • Flexible, able to successfully navigate through ambiguity, proactive and solution focused
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to learn complex processes and technical tools quickly and thoroughly
  • Exceptional and obsessive detail orientation



  • Bachelor's Degree at least
  • At least 2-3 years of equivalent relevant work experience in E-commerce industry, like listing QC, search engine optimization, traffic management, category management etc.
  • Preferably with experience in internet companies
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English written and verbal communications skills. Chinese skill is an advantage
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and concise Excel skills and good command of PowerPoint
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and constant change
