Responsibilities:
- Handling process improvements related to workplace safety ergonomics and process efficiency.
- Being responsible for quality control, process, and productivity improvement.
- Managing and controlling projects to archive the associated schedules.
- Developing low cost processes with a high quality of product.
- Investigating and identifying the root causes of issues and creating countermeasures.
- Coordinating corrective and preventive action activities.
- Providing accurate data/reports or recommendations to Management as required.
- Performing various other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 5-10 years' practical experience in process functions and in a supervisor / management role.
- Experience in biomass power.
- Shown to have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Leadership skills.
