Responsibilities: 

• Provide direction, guidance, and leadership for process engineering teams 
• Work with operations to ensure seamless and successful achievement of daily production goals, process robustness, stability and optimization of equipment and resources 
• Partner cross functionally to diagnose production issues, optimize equipment, tooling, and layouts to meet manufacturing, company, and customer needs. 
• Introduce and maintain process control, lead process innovation and process enhancements to ensure high quality, safe, compliance and cost-effective operations 
• Initiate, manage, coordinate and support process improvement and engineering projects  
• Lead, coach, and develop personnel within the team to prioritize and deliver company goals and objectives

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering 
• Minimum of 10 years’ industrial experience as process engineer in petrochemical or chemical manufacturing environment with proven record in supervising and leading teams 
• Excellent technical skills with knowledge of process-related standards 
• Ability to generate and execute project plans, managing schedule, objectives and budget in a cross functional environment 
• Highly motivated and a commitment to continuous improvement 
• Strong problem solving skills  
• Ability to lead, develop and coach employees
