Location : Chonburi (Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate BIP 2)

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement new or modified formulas, control plan originated by Corp. and Regional Lab (NOSC), in local production (THBK) by reviewing, consulting, co-coordinating the related functions to ensure that product quality is maintained and up-to-date formulas are in place.
• Optimize the production process by evaluating and revising process formulations/practices or trial new process concept in order to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage reworking the returned goods and Deadstock RM by monitoring the stock status and allocating daily production shop orders to ensure the stock level keeps low and loss from disposal goods and RM in minimized.
• Handle non-conformance cases related to processing matters by investigating, consulting, and correcting at cause in order to avoid re-occurrence and loss.
• Provide technical support to Production by training, giving consult and co-ordinating activities to ensure related employee are aware and competence in processing practices.
• Follow safe working practices at all times by strict adherence to company Health & Safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Field
• Experience 3 years upward in Production Process Control
• Good in basic mathematics, Basic Material Balances
• Good Attitude, Highly self-learning and Development
• Contribute in Initiative & Responsibility, Systematic Approach, Professional Expertise, Effective Communication, Self-Development and Execution
• Good command of both spoken and written English
