Main responsible of the job

Supports the introduction of new, future-oriented technologies for the defined product and production areas in line with quality and performance requirements through the development and assessment of new production concepts and process variants. These are used as a basis for developing competitive technical calculations relating to processes for extrusion, injection moulding and fabrication (individually named priorities may be omitted or vary depending on the area of responsibility) for new products and their implementation in production; additionally, existing processes are optimised in order to ensure permanent improvement of REHAU's competitiveness and economic efficiency.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering)
• At least 5 years experienced in process engineering.  Extrusion processing experience would be highly considerable.
• Good command of English.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong leadership & communication skill.
• Problem solving skill.
• “Can do” attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
