Position : Pricing Actuary Manager

Job Description

• Carry out pricing calculation for the new products and review documents in a timely manner, having regards to risks accepted and maintaining document quality.
• Involved in the assumptions, business mix, and relevant discussion.
• To cooperate with the other teams and to finally take charge to approve the products.
• Monitor the cost ratio relevant to the Agency channel; analyze cost ratio changes when revised agency scheme and when proposal comes in
• To perform prophet coding for new products/ new company initiatives / enhancement
• To perform ad-hocs tasks (can be wide ranging due to request, i.e. to add in new financial metrics and analyze its implication)

Qualifications

• 5-10 year work experiences in Actuarial in Life insurance companies
• International candidate is welcome.
• Fluent in English speaking and good writing skills.
• Effective communicator with strong oral, written and persuasive skills. Capable to deal with people at all levels in the organization and proficient in presenting results to senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and a good team player. Eager to learn and flexible to changes.
• Strong analytic skills and Prophet experience is a plus.
• Experience in pricing is a plus.
