Responsibilities:
Business Development

• Establishes and/ or enhances partner relationships
• Build ecosystems of RPA and co-create digital solutions with partners and customers (if any)
• Evaluate solutions and vendors/ partners related to RPA
• Select focus solutions and help to develop Go-To-Market strategy
• Promote sales of RPA, internally and externally
• Support to build leads of RPA when necessary eg. marketing activities 
  
• Study and understand customer business requirement, business goal and source for solutions
• Participate and/or lead in pre-sale activities and/or bidding processes across BUs (MIS, BAS) such as RFP/RFI responding, customer presentation, product demonstration, POC (proof of concept), proposal preparation & submission, customer / vendor negotiation, closing deal
• Articulates solution architectures and trends, and provides technical knowledge in customer engagement
• Establishes or enhances customer relationships.
• Provide Presales Hand over session, and technical support and assistance to delivery team during project implementation if necessary to make sure delivered solution meet customer expectation.
• Report progress of job assignment to supervisor periodically.
• Lead/ Take part in innovative activities of company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or any related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Presales or Implementer of RPA or any related fields
• At least 5 years of full business process (improvement)/ RPA life cycle experience preferably have knowledge in UI Path
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skill
