Responsibilities:

  • Lead, execute, and manage all marketing and communication related activities including public relations, corporate representation on various social media related activities to drive the revenue target and initiatives as planned to build the company reputation and positive image among key stakeholders.
  • Develop and serve as project manager for in market communications of new product launches and ensure that initiatives properly generate awareness and develop quality lead opportunities within target customer groups.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, analysts, media and influencers in business, trade and vertical media in related sectors to ensure positive media coverage.
  • Develop and implement PR activities, write press releases, blogs, social media copy and other materials to support communications strategies and marketing campaigns and product go-to-market initiatives both of online and offline.
  • Work with the agency, including briefing, campaigning, project managing, and budgeting to ensure the consistency of company communication message and achievement of the campaign objective and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with an emphasis on public relations and social media, preferably in Finance, Banking, IT Digital, FMCG, startup, media or E-commerce industry
  • Strong experience in written communications of moderate complexity, including presentations, speeches, news stories, web content, talking points, and correspondence and social media posts
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills with the willingness to follow direction and consistently see tasks through to completion
  • Must be capable of building successful relationships with senior executive level and good understand email and digital content distribution
  • Strong relationships with the media and ability to change tasks and direction quickly and effectively
