Team: PMO & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop short, medium and long-term strategies to grow LINE's businesses in Thailand
• Analyse and evaluate overall company performances (including user and engagement growth for LINE Apps)
• Develop dashboard and monitor business performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic initiative implementation, product improvement, process efficiency, and transfer of knowledge
• Engage in devising annual business plans and managing business plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields
• 5-8 years of working experience in project management, management consulting, financial analysis or related fields
• Direct experience in strategic planning analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills with proven analytical and structured thinking skills
• Deep understandings about P&L structure
• Deep knowledge and passion for tech and/or telco industries
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Fluency in Japanese is a plus
