Our Client is a leading International Pharmaceutical Company who are growing in Thailand and throughout the Region.
They are seeking a new Planning Specialist to join their Bangkok based Supply Chain Team.

What will you do?

1. Responsible for Demand process in Rapid Response and collaborate with Regional Demand Planning team by:-

• Maintain Market intelligence based adjustments to baseline statistical forecast in Rapid response
• Determine optimum forecasting method/tactics based on Code characteristics
• Collaborate with Regional demand planner to validate commercial adjustments to baseline forecasts.
• Monitor country forecasting performance and drive best practice
• Review historical trends, identify exceptions & cleanse demand data.
• Understand the drivers behind forecast adjustments & communicate them to Regional Demand planning e.g.:Tactical/Strategic, Market Opportunities, Product Lifecycle

2. Manage local S&OP process to align with Global S&OP process by:-

• Lead S&OP meetings to identify business critical issues with necessary escalation process and facilitate discussion with all relevant stakeholders
• Conduct all relevant forecast meeting with local team according to S&OP process cycle
• Review Market opportunities with Commercial team and understand the tactical strategic outlook.
• Review Market Opportunities with Cluster demand planners & commercial & Understand Tactical & Strategic Outlooks
• Monitor Financial vs Operational forecast alignment, analyze, challenge, understand gaps
• Support Life-cycle Management
• Work with Regional Demand planning to manage/apply constrained product forecasts and communicate to country team.
3. Provide demand data analytics & reporting, identify & drive process improvement opportunities to support both Global/Regional/Local team.
4. Incorporate Demand/Supply/Inventory review process with Commercial team to support Supply Chain operation performance achievement.
5. Provide the necessary data analysis/report to support Commercial sales achievement.
6. Manage Demand Planning performance to achieve KPI target
7. Handles the accuracy of related system transaction with compliance.
8. Support Regional/Global S&OP process
9. To perform other job related duties as assigned

What you have:-

Computer literacy in MS Office,
ERP experience.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant personality, good attitude and service minded
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field
3 - 5 years’ experience in Demand Planning
