• Use online channels to raise brand awareness, generate more leads, increase sales & retention and enhance conversion.
• Utilize Facebook Ads and Google Ads to create a full-funnel marketing campaign from awareness, retarget and personalize ads to drive and optimize conversion.
• Closely monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns, make data-based decisions and optimize the campaigns on a daily basis, in accordance with the digital marketing strategies and technical changes of the digital landscape.
• Designing performance marketing plans that align with the business objectives.
• Increase followers and target new customers while keeping them strongly engaged. Maintain relationships with customers and drive retention.
• Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring, analyse and report campaign performance
• Content creation: work with the product team to develop and post content to a social network and website.
• Be the voice of the product: working closely with the product manager to monitor, moderate, interact and answer customers’ concerns.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Facebook Ads advertising and Google Ads
• Any agency, brand or marketing background. A candidate with performance marketing experience will be the big advantage.
• Having knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
• End to end understanding of general and digital marketing concepts, language, objectives, and trends
• Excellent command of Thai and English
• Customer-centered mindset
• Eager to learn, self-driven, takes initiatives & take on challenges with a positive attitude
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Good understanding of the Internet trends and technology savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
